Side effects may include headache, ankle swelling, skin rash, slow heart rate, nausea, depression, and dizziness. Avoid potassium-rich foods or supplements and monitor blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes regularly. Inform your doctor of any liver or kidney problems, and consult if pregnant or breastfeeding.
